FREDRICK THEODORE BLACK

When Frederick Theodore Black was born on July 17, 1905, in Meadville, Pennsylvania, his father, William, was 19 and his mother, Dolly, was 19. He married Gladys Marian Selzer on February 21, 1928, in Cuyahoga, Ohio. when  he was 22 years old. They had two children, Dorothea and Sylvia during their marriage. He died on December 31, 1968, in Wilmington, Delaware, at the age of 63, and was buried in New Castle, Delaware.
