WILLIAM FERNIE BLACK
When William Fernie Black was born on November 28, 1885, in Fredonia, Pennsylvania, his father, James, was 22 and his mother, Alice, was 18. He married Dolly Marie Best and when he was 20 years old. they had two children together. He then married Ella Maria Wendt and they had one daughter together. He died on April 16, 1943, at the age of 57.
