JAMES ARTHUR WHALEY
When James Arthur Whaley was born in January 1860 in Meigs, Ohio, his father, Arnold, was 32 and his mother, Lucy, was 25. He married Sarah Minnex on November 19, 1884 when he was 24 years old.. They had nine children in 18 years. He died in 1899 in Jackson, Ohio, at the age of 39.
